We built Dilarion on a simple principle: we cannot read your messages, and we never will.

What We Collect

  • Username (chosen by you — no real name required)
  • Encrypted message ciphertext (we cannot decrypt it)
  • Call metadata: duration, timestamp, participant usernames
  • Device type (mobile or desktop) for message delivery routing

What We Do NOT Collect

  • Message content — all messages are encrypted before leaving your device
  • Phone number or email address
  • Location data of any kind
  • Contact lists or address books
  • Biometric data
  • Browsing history or app usage analytics

Encryption

Messages are encrypted end-to-end using AES-256. Your master decryption token is set by you and never transmitted to our servers. Dilarion servers store only encrypted ciphertext — decryption without your personal token is computationally impossible.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for any purpose. We do not serve ads. We do not use third-party analytics services that collect personal data.

Data Retention

Messages are stored on our servers only to facilitate delivery. You may request complete account deletion at any time by contacting support. Deletion is processed within 30 days.

Security

All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.2 or higher. Server infrastructure is secured with firewall rules and restricted access controls. Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes — never in plaintext.

Children

Dilarion is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We will notify users of material changes to this policy via an in-app notice before the change takes effect.
